Returns Policy
We wish customers to be completely happy with all purchases however if you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us in their original condition with the original invoice/ receipt within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will offer you an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of personalised or commissioned products.
This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or not as described.
